FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does mobile tire service work?
You order tires or schedule service online, choose a time and location, and we come to you. All tire installation and service is completed at your home, office, or roadside—so you never have to visit a tire shop.
Do you really come to my location?
Yes. All tire installation, flat repairs, rotations, and balancing are performed at your location anywhere in Amarillo, Canyon, Bushland, and surrounding areas.
What is Lifetime Tire Care (Mobile)?
Lifetime Tire Care is an optional one‑time package available when you purchase tires from us. It covers:
Repairable mobile flat tire repairs
Tire rotations with balancing every 5,000 miles
All services are performed at your location for the usable life of your tires.
How often can I have my tires rotated?
Tire rotations under Lifetime Tire Care are covered every 5,000 miles, which is the recommended interval for maintaining even wear and maximizing tire life. Rotations are scheduled as needed and completed at your location.
What does “repairable flat” mean?
A flat tire is considered repairable only when it meets manufacturer and industry safety standards. We do not repair tires with:
Sidewall or shoulder damage
Punctures larger than ¼ inch
Structural damage or tires driven while flat
Tires that are worn, aged, or otherwise unsafe
If a tire is not safe to repair, replacement is required.
What happens if a flat tire isn’t repairable?
If a tire cannot be safely repaired, we will recommend replacement. Lifetime Tire Care does not cover tire replacement, but we can supply and install new tires on‑site for your convenience.
How long does Lifetime Tire Care last?
Coverage remains valid for the usable service life of your tires, which ends when:
Tread depth reaches 3/32 inch
The tire reaches 6 years of age
Damage or wear makes the tire unsafe
ROAD‑HAZARD PROTECTION
What is road‑hazard protection?
Road‑hazard protection helps cover the cost of tire replacement if a tire is damaged by common road hazards—such as nails, screws, debris, or potholes—and cannot be safely repaired.
Is road‑hazard protection available at checkout?
Yes. Road‑hazard protection is available at checkout on most passenger and light‑truck tires. Availability may vary by tire brand and size.
How long does road‑hazard protection last?
Road‑hazard coverage is valid for the usable life of the tire, up to:
6 years of age, or
3/32 inch remaining tread depth,
whichever comes first.
Is road‑hazard protection valid outside of Amarillo?
Yes. Road‑hazard protection includes nationwide coverage.
If you are outside the Amarillo area and a tire is damaged by a covered road hazard, we will purchase a replacement tire from a tire shop closer to your location, subject to the terms of the road‑hazard certificate.
What happens after a road‑hazard claim is used?
Once a road‑hazard certificate is used to replace a tire, that certificate is completed. To maintain road‑hazard protection on the replacement tire, a new road‑hazard certificate must be purchased.
Does Lifetime Tire Care include road‑hazard protection?
No. Lifetime Tire Care and road‑hazard protection are separate products:
Lifetime Tire Care covers repairable flat repairs and rotations/rebalances every 5,000 miles
Road‑hazard protection helps cover replacement of non‑repairable tires
Many customers choose both for maximum protection and peace of mind.
Do you offer roadside flat repair?
Yes. We provide mobile flat repair service throughout the Amarillo area for repairable flat tires, subject to location and safety conditions.
Why don’t you repair sidewall or unsafe damage?
For safety reasons. Sidewall and shoulder repairs are not approved by tire manufacturers and can fail under load. Your safety—and ours—always comes first.
